Machine Operating Steps

Secure the material on the worktable, then import the pre-designed graphics into the CNC system and adjust parameters such as vibration frequency, cutting speed, and depth. The high-frequency vibration of the oscillating blade causes rapid up-and-down movement of the cutting tool, minimizing heat generation during the process and preventing material deformation. Additionally, the oscillating blade excels at cutting complex shapes like curves or hollow-cut designs, which are common in car mat applications.

Material Fixation:Lay the material (e.g., EVA, rubber) flat on the cutting machine’s worktable and secure it using vacuum adsorption or clamping plates to prevent movement.

Design Import:Input the graphic file of the footpad (e.g., custom contours, hollow patterns) into the control system.

Parameter Setup: Adjust the vibration frequency, cutting speed, and downward pressure based on the material’s thickness and hardness (e.g., lower pressure for 2-3mm materials).

Automatic Cutting:The blade rapidly follows preset paths to cut the material. High-frequency vibration minimizes deformation, ensuring smooth, burr-free edges.
